Our terms of service and user agreement
By accessing or using 87cards.com (the "Site"), its companion mobile or desktop applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by posting the new Terms and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and capable of forming a binding contract.
- You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to keep it updated.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our IP
The Site, tools, code, and all content we create are owned by 87 Cards LLC ("Company") or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Your Limited License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for lawful, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., deck lists, marketplace listings, chat messages). By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
Listings & Transactions
Users may list, buy, sell, or trade trading-card game ("TCG") items and digital goods. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of listings and the legality of the items you offer.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full credit-card numbers.
Fees
We may charge marketplace or withdrawal fees; current rates are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable.
Disputes Between Users
We are not a party to transactions between users. You release us from claims arising from such disputes but may report misconduct for review.
Prohibited Items/Activities
No counterfeit goods, weapons, adult content, or any items prohibited by law or these Terms. No bots or unauthorized automation in game tables.
You agree not to:
- Violate any law
- Infringe intellectual property
- Interfere with servers or networks
- Upload malicious code
- Harvest data
- Use the Services for commercial solicitation without our written consent
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time (with or without notice) for violation of these Terms or to protect the platform or its users. You may close your account at any time through your settings panel.
AS-IS
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
No Warranty
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
No Guarantee of Results
Card valuations, pack-simulator odds, or game-table matchups are estimates only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 87 Cards LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 87 Cards LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in the United States.
Any dispute not resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
